Gift Cards
Gift Cards are now available to purchase online or at the Customer Service Desk located at the Kmart end of the Centre opposite Noni-B. For more information click here..
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available from the Customer Service Desk, with approved identification. Bookings through the Customer Service Desk can be made in advance. Ph: (07) 4969 2400.
Mobility Scooters
Mobility Scooters are available from the Customer Service Desk, with approved identification. Bookings through the Customer Service Desk can be made in advance. (07) 49692400.
Parents Room
Parents Rooms are well equipped with changing tables, feeding cubicles, microwaves and toilets for your convenience.
Toilets
Toilets are conveniently located around the Centre, in Food Court and opposite Wendy's. The toilets located near the Food Court include access for the mobility impaired.
Kiddy Cabs
Kiddy Cabs can be hired from the Customer Service Desk for $5 per hour (single) or $7.50 per hour (double).
Taxis
A Taxi rank is located down the corridor beside Best & Less and out the exit door beside Richardson & Wrench.
Bus Timetables
The Customer Service Desk has bus transport timetables to assist customers. Buses run from outside the Centre near the Taxi Rank to most destinations in Mackay.
Justice of the Peace
A JP Service is available for the community at Mount Pleasant Shopping Centre. This free service is located near Woolworths and Gloria Jeans and is available at the following times.

Thursdays 9:00am 12:00pm
Fridays 9:00am 12:00pm
Saturdays 9:00am 12:00pm
Smoking is not permitted in the Centre.
